Welcome to the home of Burnt Oak Developments!

Burnt Oak was started by Martin Summerfield at the beginning of 2009, with the aim of providing nothing but high quality service and workmanship, and our reputation is something we are proud of.

We can provide you with solutions for your next property or land development project, and more besides. Please take a look at the wide range of services we provide and feel free to get in touch to discuss any queries you may have, or just to ask for some advice. Unless rigorous site surveys are needed, all of our estimates are free of charge and no obligation.

We have close relationships with our suppliers, sub-contractors, equipment hire companies and consultants to give you only the very best result. All of our work and materials are guaranteed for a minimum of 12months and of course we are fully insured to give you piece of mind. We can also provide a variety of policy documents to support our work and to bring us in-line with the requirements of larger contractors and clients, ultimately with the aim to bring us up to ISO9001.
